Editorial Review:

Product Description:
The major problem for doctors is how to get people to exercise, eat right, and take necessary medications consistently. "Acting Well" provides a simple, doable technique, based on centuries-old acting techniques, for creating a character that is consistently compliant with a healthy lifestyle. Without such techniques, all diet plans, fitness exercise plans, and stress reducing practices are probably doomed to fail.
