This book presents SM in a manner easy to understand and offers suggestions to ease anxiety. It has helped my children over come issues because the teacher understands what is going on. It was a little pricey for such a small book and at times it was repetitive. It did however, offer enough practical insight and suggestions that made it a good purchase.
