I read it after having suffered postpartum depression and was able to highlight several passages in the book of the exact things I thought, felt, or did. I only wish I had this book before I had the depression so I knew what to expect. It would have also been a valuable tool for my husband to have so he would have known what signs to look for. I think all new mothers should read this book and even after the first child -read it again with next. It made me happy because I realized I'm not alone. I am 8 weeks postpartum now and feel much better. ... Read More In association with Amazon.com | |
