Highly recommended. My son is 2 1/2 years old. He has MANY sensory issues (he is a sensory seeker), he also has apraxia of speech and autistic tendencies. He has been on the GFCF diet for over two months. I would recommend getting this book if you are interested in learning more about enzymes and autism but not doing anything without your child's Dr.s advice. Enzymes are not a "cure all" to autism, as all children with autism are different. Many venues must be investigated and discussed with your MD to find the program that is best for your child. I had already discovered that vitamins B6 and B3 (niacin) work better for his anxiety than zoloft, so I expected to learn more along the same lines from this book. I had no idea that yeast overgrowth (dysbiosis) caused leaky gut syndrome which results in neurological disorders in the young (which continues throughout their lives) and all kinds of other autoimmune disorders in older people.
