 Rating:  - Is this healthy? Really?I guess I'm kind of a stickler for feeding my kitties ONLY food that I know is good for them *all* the time. There are several things in this book that are recommended by vets NOT to feed to your cats, such as processed cheese (not including cottage cheese). However, there are some neat things in there too, and the book does say, "in moderation." But, if you're a stickler like me, you could probably do better with the Whole Food Diet book. Even though she's always in my heart, I think she gets sad that I'm off working all day, and these recipes really do it for her.
