However, I have found many typos and errors in tables(and I am only on page 131 out of 300). For example, Table 10-1 lists all the hemolytic anemias and sickle cell as macrocytic. Later on the chapter does cover the material properly. These sorts of errors waste a lot of my mental time and effort. Overall, much better than a textbook, but still pretty verbose. Rating: - not EXACTLY what i expectedI bought this book in order to finish my studies to USMLE STEP 2. It is comprehensive and up to date but i think it is not focused on the test as many other books are. As so, it enphasizes with too much details some points and keeps to superficial at others. Anyway I would buy it again and I recommend it to whom have a lot of time to prepare for the test because it will take sometime to cover it all but there is nothing you need to know that it is not there!
