 Rating:  - The Lighter Side of FirefightingJust read this book and I really loved it,some of the contents are hysterical fun,I've been laughing so my tears were flowing. Rating:  - Not that funny. Actually, not that good at all...I was very disappointed in this book. It just isn't funny. The stories are just plain lame. I'm also a firefighter, and I was expecting something that would at least make me chuckle once an a while. This book is just a collection of somewhat normal events. Most of these events take the author less than a page to write. So just think of this as 150 two paragraph emails that somebody wrote. I would not recommend this book as a gift, as a firefighter would not find this enjoyable. The ... The Reviews have been really great so far and if that isn't enough to peak your interest the book has proceeds going to the Muscular Dytrophy Fund. It's for a great cause do your part!!! Rating: - Judge this book by its cover!!!!!!!!This book CAN be judged by its cover, its hilarious. It was an easy read and gave me some insite into the fire services. I would recomend this book to anyone and everyone.
