This is a really short book that has animals that you can pet/feel in it. There is a swatch of furry fabric for the jaguar, which is okay, but I have never touched a jaguar. There is a swatch of furry fabric for the parrot, sure doesn't feel like feathers. I purchased this book for my 18 mo. old son who loves Diego! This was a great book for his age. Each page had an animal to feel, and the pages werent to long for his attention span. This is one of the few that get read over and over again!!

My 2 year old loves this book. She likes to pet all the animals when we read the book at bedtime. It's great how it uses the real animal names instead of trying to dumb the animals down. Kids are smarter than most people give them credit for. This Diego book is short but not lacking.

My son absolutely loves Diego, so this little board book was a perfect little gift. He carries it with him everywhere and points to the animals and calls them by name. The look-and-touch textures were an added bonus. Definitely a good buy.
