It's a Qbook. It has questions and answers. If you need study tips or strategies, try websites, blogs, your school advisors. If you want practice questions, this is a good resource.

This will definitely not replace using an online QBank, but it has USMLE-style questions with decent explanations, in a portable format so that you can study even when you can't be on your computer. I'll be taking the USMLE in a few months, and i got this book to try to improve my study habits in anticipation of things to come, since it claims to have "powerful strategies to help increase your score".

I have to say that for $30, this book is way overpriced and as a study aid it is completely useless. Buy this only for questions, because there are no "strategies" presented here.
