This third edition includes extensive revisions to tax legislation, which has changed significantly over the last few years, leaving most American’s clueless.

* Changes to Tax Legislation
* How seniors can best plan for Medicare and Medicaid
* How to obtain the best cash flow with an equity-rich home
* Tax legislation regarding 401k’s IRA’s, and pensions

Customer Reviews
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Almost comprehensible
This book takes a very complex subject and makes it almost understandable. You still need a specialist to guide you through the application, but at least now I have a working knowledge of what's available, as well as a list of questions that came to mind as I read. And it will be a little easier to figure out if he really knows what he's talking about.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Estate Planning Explained
Knowing little about estate planning, I was forced (quickly) to bring myself up to speed on the subject. I found this book to cover, and explain, the processes behind estate planning. The book explains the topic well and gives the reader several good references.
