Rating: - The least helpful of middle school study skills books...I have now reviewed about ten books on middle school study skills, and there are others better than this one. This book is divided into three parts: (1) getting it together, (2) What's my grade?, and (3) learning to learn. Much of the book is direct at the teacher, who is urged to micro-plan his or her classroom experience, e.g., have pencil, pen, and paper, use homework helpers, getting set up for class, having a place to study, and so forth.
