Editorial Review:

Product Description:
95% of Step 2 consists of clinical vignettes, and this exciting new review series presents a wealth of "guaranteed to be on the exam" clinical vignettes for Step 2 preparation to give the reader a clear-cut advantage. It is unique among case-based series in giving greater focus to high-yield information. The cases and accompanying images faithfully replicate the format of the case encounters presented in Step 2, and key points and important Step 2 "buzzwords" are highlighted for each case. The approach is simple and focused without leaving out any important information. Plus, the format gives readers the opportunity to guess the answer to the case before it is revealed and to postulate on which tests to order, what therapy to give and what to "watch out for" in the condition presented.

  • Concise vignettes, following the current vignette-based format of Step 2
  • Buzzwords highlighted for each case
  • "Interactive" format allows reader to guess answers, and then answers are revealed and explained
  • Written by the author of Crush The Boards and USMLE Step 2 Secrets

This book gave me the info I needed to get these questions right and doesn't take long to read. I recommend it for those who, like me, are trying to do better ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great stuff!
Fantastic way to review for step 2. Great "vignettes" mimic the format of the seemingly eternally long clinical scenario questions that were on my exam. Explanations are superb, because they help you with the differential for similar conditions and give you practical pointers for things the boards love to ask or will try to trick you with. All in all, a great investment.
