Each (this DVD and online webinar) has its place - Tolle is a little more accessible on the Oprah webinar, but I will be using this DVD as a "refresher" instead of slogging through all the Oprah classes again. The overall message and many of the examples, etc. are the same for both, but I found different points hit me in each, which has been a good thing.
