However,when the 5th edition comes out, it would be helpful if the editors included a multiaxial diagnosis for each client. Rating: - Great reviewThis is a great book. It is set up so that all the cases are sort of mixed up so, if you read it straight through, you get a lot of variety not just 20 MDD cases in a row which can be kind of boring. However, if you wish there is an index in the back so if you want to just read cases on Bipolar I it will tell you what pages they are all on. I do wish that they put in the ICD-9 code for the disorders that they talked about. They reference the page number in the DSM4-TR book but then you have to got ... Beware, this is the exact same (with exception to the references to the DSM-IV-TR page numbers) as the 1994 DSM-IV Casebook. So, if you already own the older version, don't bother wasting your money.
