Rating: - Great information and ideas for parents of kids with ADHDThe author makes great points and is very informative. The ideas on how to disipline are wonderful and they make a lot of sense. Plus they seem much fairer to a child with ADHD. I would definately recommend this book to any parent or family member of a child with ADHD. This book gives clear, concise descriptions of what exactly constitutes an ADHD diagnosis, as well as an overview of the most commonly used medications to treat ADHD. He also gives lots of good solid tips for behavior management. What really sets the book apart however, is the practical advice concerning nutrition. This book is perfect for parents of newly diagnosed children. I would recommend this book to anyone with a child having ADHD.
