Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Love this "diet"!!
This is an amazing plan that has me eating so healthy its unreal!! I LOVE the smoothies and enjoy making up my own recipies for them as I go along. I have never felt better and my stomach is already flattening out. I use the smoothies for breakfast and sometimes snacks at night. They are so filling with skim milk, chocolate whey powder, PB and frozen fruits. Just like a shake. I am eating all natural now and I am really on top of not buying anything with high fructose corn syrup and saturated fats ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Diet Book
I was instructed by my doctor to get this book. I always make my book, dvd, or cd purchases on Amazon so that is why I bought it.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - 12 power foods
Good book, David Zinczenko emphasizes on a balanced diet and focus on the 12 power foods. I listed the 12 power foods and put it on my fridge door, so I could constantly remind myself what to eat more. There are also detail instructions and pictures for some weight-training exercises. It's helpful for both gym goers and people who likes to work out at home.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Lots of great info!
I love the photos included in the book that shows the various techniques and excercies for each part of the muscle. Plus it has a guage to let the reader know if the particular excercise is for those who just started or those who have been working out for years. You don't have to start reading from the beginning. You can jump in anywhere and be well informed.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Book is Similar to Mens' Version, but Better Too!
I already had the Abs Diet for Men book but wanted to see how they modified the womens' version. I think women need to be more sensitive to quantity of food intake then men do, and I was curious as to how this book addressed it. They still stick to the theory that eating the 12 power foods will keep you from over eating, but in case you don't buy it, they spend some time crunching numbers for those who want to calorie count. The math they use, though a little complicated, seems valid and useful. ... Read More
