Editorial Review:

Product Description:
London, 1814:

A young woman inherits an interesting London house, Number 14 Beaulieu Crescent. Nothing unusual in that, you might say. And ordinarily you'd be right. But this time the "house" is actually a high-class brothel, and the young woman has a secret identity of her own that she must never reveal. Especially not to the man who brings her body to life, stirs her senses like no other, and who has begun his own campaign to unlock the mystery that is "Madam Charlie".

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A Fantastic book
I just finished reading this book and have to agree with all the great reviews on this book. It has it steamy side, but there is romance there also. I just hope we get to find out what happened with Elizabeth.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Hotter than most Regencies and that was a good thing!
With so many giving the basic plot here I do not feel compelled to write another synopsis. Basically i found this an erotic romance set in the Regency period - good plot and sexy characters that would compete with other erotic reads soundly. Perhaps some of the language used , for me seemed a little more like a contemporary - which might have caused me to not give a 5 star as others have, Also the depth of characters seemed a little less developed than I prefer for a true 5 star book. But I will ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - An insatiable Regency romantica...
I hadn't read a historical romantica so scorching and memorable since Emma Holly's Beyond Seduction. Madam Charlie is one insatiable, delicious and erotic romantica! I couldn't put it down and savored the last few pages like rich chocolate. Colonel/Seventh Earl of Calverton Jordan Lyndhurst finds the beautiful blonde Madam of a high-class brothel intriguing and darkly sensual, and he wants nothing more than to get her into bed. But who is Madam Charlie? She is a tormented young woman with a secret ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Fun in the Regency...
If you're tired of the same old Regency plot lines, this one will surprise you. Charlie is not your normal heroine, and Jordan Lyndhurst is her perfect match. It's lusty, filled with hot romance and true love, and neatly ties up the story in a satisfying and true-to-the-period way. A recommended read.
