I am absolutely excited about the simple to do diet that will finally rid my body of the toxins and candida that have developed in my body. Topics I read in other books matched. I like the way the book starts and gets right to the point. I found help for my long term problems of asthma and allergies and fatigue. I have read quite alot about sugar and antibiotic use and its consequences; I really liked the format of the information for quick review of major details of candida and the reccomended program.
