From the supplier: The impact of training on throwing ability of 5-9-year-old boys and girls and possible catch-up effects are examined based on quantitative analysis. It is shown that training does improve performance of both boys and girls. This finding was based on the absence of significant interaction between gender and training, along with training's major impact. In addition, no catch-up effects were observed for girls.
