It has a lot to do with surrendering your situations or problems to whatever higher power you belive in and praying and meditating. She gives you steps to either finding a relationship although this is stuff you can use if you are already in a relationship like I am. This book has helped me so much and I feel more connected to spirit and soul and to a higher power. This is a must read book!
