From the supplier: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has systematized its research methods for assessing the way health programs are implemented in schools across the US. The School Health Policies and Programs Study identifies management and service efforts in schools regarding the individual aspects of health promotion, including counseling, food service and physical education. The study found support for such programs at the state level that may be hampered by the lack of coordination and training among those directly implementing the programs in schools.
