From the supplier: The US Census Bureau survey indicated a 26% increase in migration rate in Montana between 1989 and 1994. Of the 1,225 persons surveyed, cross-migrants comprised 15% and nonmigrants 74%. Respondents indicated that quality of life, employment and salary prospects and family history are the major reasons for moving to the state.
