From the supplier: An evaluation of several propositions regarding the corporate strategies of international freight forwarders (IFFs) showed that only the proposition of changing strategies was not supported among a total of 10 propositions. Self-classification was recognized as a viable method for determining the strategies of transportation firms. Only a small percentage of IFFs were found to currently use the reactor strategy.
