I contacted Tech Support and they had me Reset a couple of times and it soon became obvious this would not correct it. No problem. They immediately ordered a new one for me and sent me a return label to return the defective one. Tab in case to hook on back of Kindle is not most efficient and back cover of Kindle itself tends to slip off. You also have to develop a strategy for holding the Kindle. I find it hard to keep my place with the large 'next page' and 'back page' buttons. I think they could be smaller in the upper half close to center so you can hold on to the Kindle better. I'd also like to have the on/off switch somewhere on the side or top instead of the back so it doesn't have a tendency to fall out of the cover.
