 Rating:  - There is some good advice but I don't know what to think of Kevin TrudeauFirst, about Kevin Trudeau, I believe with his history of deception and fraud its hard to believe good things about him even if in the book he says that he has changed. I am more inclined to think that he is still trying to scam people. This book makes very bold claims that it has the cures for virtually 100% of all diseases but yet there only a short list of diseases and the cures and they aren't very clear or helpful. This book (and others like it) provide a great public service which has nothing to do with its stated (to educate the public) or real (to make more money for a con artist) purpose. Namely, it's a great way to determine if you are (1) a paranoid, and/or (2) lacking in basic intelligence. If you suspect that you (or someone you know) may fit into either (or both?) categories, but aren't sure, buy a copy of this book and read it / have the suspect of your choice ... Do not buy this book. Like he said, "I'm not a doctor, I'm just reporting." A lot of these "cures" are fairly well known anyways, even Wikipedia contains most of these "cures".
