 Rating: - Happy with ResultsA crew came to me explaining how they used your product both on the scene and in the ER. They were very happy with the results and the ER was impressed with how easily the Kwikpoints worked to get information in a hurry. Ironically, one of the fire fighters on scene was trying to dial a free interpreter line to figure out what was going on with this patient. The medics, with the Kwikpoint, figured out the complaint and necessary information before the interpreter could get on the phone.
