It explains connections between what we know and believe intuitively, and what science can explain. You will want to read the entire book, and will wish you could learn more when you finish. Lynne McTaggart's work caught my attention because her last name is the same as mine, but we are not related and I don't know her. But after reading her book, I would like to meet her. You can then go on to discover all these scientists mentioned, in their own works. The author does a great job of putting these hard to understand concepts into terms a lay person can grasp. I loved it and so will you. It is beyond The Secret, it is about being aware of your thoughts and taking the positive action to correct what is not working - to know that you are in control.
