- ok, but falls shortThis is a good help when preparing for the CAG in Sports Medicine. It falls short of the expectations though. The question format does not match the actual questions and the difficulty level is below the actual exam level. Having said that, it is a great tool due to the fact that there are not many collections of questions in regards to PCSM out there. So to say, "among the blind, the one-eyed is king". Rating: - unevenI used the 2005 edition of the book by the same authors and found the responses and usefulness very uneven. While a good number of the over 100 chapters meet reader expectation and offer reasonable explanations as to why a particular question was correct or others incorrect, there are other chapters that have very basic or NO explanations at all, i.e. chapter 43 on esoteric MRI questions just gives the correct letter and a reference - not helpful at all for exam preparation. Many editorial oversights with incorrect letters for the correct answer. All in all, and looking back at the actual exam, only few questions/topics came up and the impact of reviewing this book on the exam was quite limited. I wish I had had a better resource. page 1 of 1
