- Great!Bought this for my sister who was studying for the National Registry test for Paramedics. She said that book was great and it was very helpful for her. Very happy to say, she is now a full fledged Paramedic. Rating: - No ThanksThis book is the same as all the other ones you've tried and had no success with. All the questions are somewhat relevent. However, they aren't written in the same manner as the National Registry, and they don't cover the proper subject matter. Rating: - HelpfulI purchased this manual as review study guide for myself during class. LOTS AND LOTS OF QUESTIONS. I found it helpful, but it could have been broken down into smaller sections based on one topic, not several together. I found myself having to sort through questions to find the ones pertaining to our studies. I do like being able to use this manual for reference questions. It is fine for quick study just for class. Good ECG review and med administrations. It has been useful for read and answer review. Rating: - Not a good study resourceI agree with Roe, it's ashamed that I can't give this book 1/2 a star, because that's what it deserves. This book is more for factual use-less knowledge that you will never use in the real world of EMS. It might be useful for leveling a wobbly table leg. I am so glad that I didn't rely on this book as my only study resource. It seems that the only thing that Brady hoped to accomplish by publishing this book was to get people to purchase more of their books. I studied my old paramedic text books and paramedic school notes, reviewed my ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, AMLS texts and passed my NREMT-P exam on the first try. I have to say no thanks to this book. Rating: - Not for a good reviewThis book is more for factual use-less knowledge that youwill never use in the real world of EMS. I would be happy to use mine as campfire kindling. page 1 of 2
