The book I recieved had underlining in it and some of the lessons had been filled in. It is hard to do the lessons when you are looking at someone else's answers. Rating: - This book opened my eyesI was at a point where it was like I was swiming upstream at work. Too many things were just so much more difficult than they needed to be. I picked this book up because the title jumped out at me. This is the best work environment self-assessment book I have ever seen. It's the only one I've found that helps to identify why some jobs, or work environments are just not a good fit and never will be a good fit. The job or the environment just doesn't fit your strengths and your personality. I've had my copy for over 15 years. And today, I'm on this site because I will be recommending this book to my adult nephew, who is recovering from losing a job that was a complete mismatch to his strengths and personality. If your work life is just plain hard and you can't figure out why, this book may just be your lifesaver. page 1 of 1
