 - Awesome!!! Just What I Thought It Would Be And More!!The Everyday Life Bible by Joyce Meyer is an awesome bible. It is the Amplified Bible which is a good translation that expounds on the word of God and is easier to understand. Also, Joyce expounds on different scriptures and or topics which makes it extra nice and deals with everyday life. Rating: - Love the large printI purchased the leather bound edition and I think it's the best bible I own. Rating: - Purchased for many peopleThis is a great bible. I have purchased it for 5 people in the last few months from non-belivers, new believers to those who have been in the Word for years. I even bought myself one but know it will be passed on to someone new soon! The amplified helps define many words in the Bible. I used to stop and look up the meanings of words all the time so that is what lead me to this Bible. And Joyce Meyer is so strong on God's Word that her lessons written on the verses seem to hit home. Well worth the purchase. I hope I get to keep one of my own someday!!! Rating:  - Great Bible Content, Poor BindingContent wise, you cannot buy a BETTER bible! This one literally has it all--introductions to each book, verses you can memorize and use as prayers, Joyce's comments and ideas on how you can apply bible truths into your "Everyday life," cross-references, a topical index listing and much more. This bible is published by Warner Faith of New York, Boston and Nashville. I am not too familiar with their company, but what I can tell you is, book binding is not exactly their forte! The cover of this leather bible is very thin and flimsy and will not wear well over the years. In fact, it is so thin and flimsy that you have to be really careful not to add creases into it! Instead of that nice leather feel to it, it feels more like those inexpensive 'leatherflex' bibles that are advertised as gift and award bibles. If you're looking for a good, all-around, "Get-into-the-Word-of-God-on-a-daily-basis-in-a-practical-way" bible, you won't be sorry with this one! You'll love it!
