I am so pleased with this book, I plan to buy extra copies for my instructors. This is the perfect book for beginners to get a better idea of the poses and maneuvers, perfect for instructors as there are plenty of inspiring variations, and perfect for anyone interested in aqua fitness. I highly recommend it as a concise volume with plenty of photos and information about what muscle groups you are working. In fact, I recommend aqua exercise for everyone; particularly anyone battling a weight problem. I found I am doubling my weight loss rate, relieving stress and tension, and have found a new passion. You won't get tired out, sweaty, out of breath or exhausted. Anyone can exercise in water and feel capable, graceful and competent, without all the aches and pains of land-based exercises. Now go buy a copy of this book and get started!

I refer to this book all the time. As a water fitness instructor, I have been able to use ideas from this book and create my own routines. This book is illustrated beautifully. It has definately been worthwhile for me to own it.

I would like to have had more detailed instructions for the exercises shown. Although you have pictures of the exercises I found that I needed to have more information on them.

Good book with excellent descriptions of exercises and great photographs to demonsrate correct form.

This is an excellent book with great pictures and excellent descriptions of the exercises. I make my own audiotapes to play while I work out in the pool later. It was easy to just read from her descriptions to know how to do the exercise later when I was in the pool. Clear and succinct. Very good book.
