 - EXAM PREP EMT-Basic reviewI recently took the NREMT exam and was completely frustrated by the questions. In hindsight, this exam prep book did not do a good job in preparing me for the types of questions I was asked on Registry. This book has a lot of "all of the above" type questions as well as questions that ask for 2 answers. Registry doesn't have these types of questions. Furthermore, this book doesn't provide any rationale as to why the correct answer is correct. Rather, it gives you page references in various text books. However, my text (Emergency Care, 10th edition, Prentice Hall Publishing) wasn't referenced so it was very time consuming to figure out whay I got certain questions wrong. I haven't looked at any other books on the market to compare this with, but I have to say that this book is overpriced and not a good prep tool. page 1 of 1
