Books for Prep

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - The book of dissection
I recently used this book in an anatomy class where we dissected human cadavers. This is book is helpful in providing steps to go through as you dissect. However the steps are very detailed and it could use more pictures to follow.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Great seller, but 12th edition
The book turned out to be the 12th edition which was too old for my need, however the seller was excellent about letting me return it and promptly giving me a full refund.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Grant's Dissector
Very awesome book to get for anatomy. Has helped my lab group and me a lot during the dissection of the human body.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - book's details helped me with lab and lecture
I don;t know why this book has low scoring reviews because each time I used it before going into lab, i learned SO much. I learned many practical tips that were presented in a more interesting way than my class outline or other books. I thought it was really helpful in understanding the material in general and in prep for the lab specifically.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Grant's Dissector
This dissector is concise and to the point of what you need to dissect on the human body for gross anatomy. I also like it because it gives clinical correlations and describes areas of the body that might be obscure in understanding. It also refers you to plates in the leading human anatomy atlases for reference.
