Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Recommend by my EMS Class
Quick Reference book for some of the medical terminology and definitions. It was recommended by my EMS class. Light weight and easier to carry around then one of those encyclopedia dictionaries.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Medical Dictionary Review
Great medical dictionary that is small enough to carry around in a backpack. I would recommend this inexpensive dictionary to anyone that needs a medical dictionary for school.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Meriam-Webster Medical Dictionary
This small medical dictionary is perfect for my needs as an administrative assistant in a counseling center at St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. I do typing for our consulting psychiatrist once a week and sometimes the terms are challenging..glad to have an up-to-date reference book to help out.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - My favorite!
I am a person studying for nursing license exam, and I have been using this since when I took anatomy/physiology. The definitions in the dictionary are not enough to provide comphrehensive understanding, but they are good enough to refresh my memory. If you need a descent medical dictionary to use as comphrehensive reference, invest more money and get Taber or something else. As a newly graduated nursing student, I am still carrying this im my bag whenever I go to library to study NCLEX. My seven bucks to buy this one was well spent.
