 - Great Book!I bought this book and it basically describes me perfectly! I love this book and it has definitely helped me get over some of the issues I am/was facing. Rating: - Audio versionExcellent audio CDs. I did not realize how co-dependent I was until I listened to them and they have helped me rethink so many of my actions or reactions. They have helped to bring peace to my life and help eliminate worries and control issues. I listen to them each time I have alone time in my vehicle. Rating: - DetachmentI think every person co-dependent or not, alcoholic or not should read this book. It applies to our every day strugles in life. There no normal family.
