Books for Prep

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent review of step 2.
I'm somebody who used several different sources in my review for all 3 steps. This turned out to be an excellent resource to use in conjunction with blueprints books, First Aid, and Prescription for the Boards for step 2 review. This would also not be a bad book to review while on clinical rotations.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - comprehensive AND brief
This book packs a tremendous amount of information into a tiny package. It is great for Step 2 CK review. I used this in conjunction with the UCV series and achieved excellent results. However, the information is packed in a very dense fashion and is not suitable in my opinion for primary reading. As a review, on the other hand, it is second to none.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great book for clerkships.
I am 4 rotations into my third year of med school and this book is great. Instead of having a huge collection of small books for each rotation, this book is all you need.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - medical student review
I found this book to be a great quick reference. It's organized well and presents info in list/bulleted format that is easy to read. It's useful during third year rotations and when studying for the boards.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - just as you imagined
this book provides a good succinct review of Step 1 in a compact size. Dont be expecting wonderfull detail because that is not what this is all about.
