- useful bookThe format is excellent. Concise and easy to read; a lot of pertinent information for the step 2 preparation. Rating: - great bookeverything it claims to be, and a great brush up before step 2. Rating: - Quick and conciseOne of the better rapid review books out there, but not sufficient as a "sole" review source (although I don't think such a thing as a single review source exists for an exam such as this one). I found it to be a little more on target than First Aid, with better organization, more pertinent information, and concise enough that I could read it in just a few days. There were definitely some good things I picked up from it, and as with any of the review books you read, I would highly advise supplementing it with a lot of practice style questions. Step II is an unpleasant enough experience, but this is a good resource to use to make it a little less dreadful. Rating: - good reviewGood to review HY facts after exausting other lower-yield sources. Easy to read and very useful for step 2ck. Still, one might feel to complete it with some other review book. However, it's one of the best in this field. Good to keep it for step 3 too. Rating: - nice and shortjust what you need in a back up study tool. use something else as primary and this as secondary for quick review. just excelent!! not as extensive as first aid but with the same info(and some) highly recommended.
