- Excellentthis was an excellent help and I received the book quickly. thank you very much. Rating: - Not compatible with Mac computers.I have not yet begun using this book to study for the LSAT - but after reading through the fine print in the book, I realized that the CD-ROM included is NOT compatible with a Mac computer. It would have been nice if the Amazon website indicated this to begin with. I don't need to be buying something I can't even use. Rating: - Good for jump starting your LSAT studiesThis book is very good for beginning your LSAT studies. The book excels at getting you familiar with the LSAT, which I believe is its primary purpose. For people looking for the LSAT "silver-bullet," this book isn't that. Anyone looking to begin their LSAT studies should look no further than this book, but once its done its job of familiarizing you with the test then you have to move on to tougher, more focused material such as the Logic Games Bible. 4 stars for being a good book for LSAT beginners, I would only give 5 stars to a "silver-bullet only book you need for the LSAT book," which I'm sorry to say does not exist. Rating: - DisappointedI was very disappointed to find that the 2008 Kaplan LSAT Premier has the same practice tests and examples as the 2007 Kaplan LSAT Premier. I thought that by buying both books that I could get 6 total practice tests and a lot more practice exercises. I was very wrong. I should have checked it out before I bought the 2008 book, but I didn't think Kaplan would simply keep the same material from year to year. Now I'm stuck with the same material in two seperate books. There are two changes to the 2008 LSAT regarding the 2008 Kaplan LSAT Premier, but it wan't worth the price of buying both books. page 2 of 2
