- Mixed opinionsAfter reading many of the reviews, I thought I had found heaven. Having back issues, knots and you name it; I wondered why there was no product out there for self back help. I came to find out, there was; Theracane. It does work and does help. I guess the reviews were a little almighty for me, but it beats $80.00 massages every two weeks! Rating: - What a great and easy tool! What a GREAT tool! I wish I had this 20 years ago! That's how long I've been dealing with upper neck and shoulder tension, probably because of the nature of desk work. This simple tool really helps. It's so easy to do a couple times a day, during a break. I also have seen physical therapists for neck, shoulder and TMJ pain. I have stretching and strengthening exercises I'm supposed to do. I understand the streching in particular is great accompanyment to the Thera Cane work. Sometimes I get to that, sometimes I don't. Thera Cane alone is quite helpful, and is easy and pleasant. Trigger point massage really hits the spot!! Rating: - TheracaneThe theracane has a good shape and weight to it. It allows me to hit any trigger points in my musculature that I need to massage. Rating: - Great Muscle ReliefThe Thera Cane was recommended to me by my Acupuncturist (& Massage Therapist). I can now do my own pressure points by using this wonderful item. It has helped relieve spastic muscles greatly. Rating: - AWESOME!My husband purchased this for relief from back pain associated with 2 ruptured disks. He had surgery to relieve most of the pain and now uses this to help with the everyday wear and tear of his back. He loves it and is never without it when he sits down at home. It's almost comical! He was introduced to this through a friend who also has suffered from back pain and pinched nerves. He highly recommends this! I also love using it for those hard to reach spots on my shoulders when I have been stressed out during the day or feel a migraine coming on. 2 thumbs way up! In association with Amazon.com | |
