Comments: Please read feedback before ordering from this seller. Item was portrayed as new. Item was used with dried up used cartridges. Seller wanted to charge restock fee and only would return IF:After inspection has been completed you may receive a refund after re-shelving and S&H fees are deducted. This would probably would mean I will never recieve a refund and will PAY for it with my time and money.
