Comments: This buyer informed us of non-shipment by Postal Service, and we promptly sent her our Endicia shipment details and guided her to A-Z claims. We provided good customer service and went out of our way to help her recover her funds. Her thanks.... she leaves us a "1." E-mailed her and explained she was rating our customer service and got no response.
