Comments: according to the help line person I talked to on the phone,an email had been sent to me regarding canceling of my order. It must of gotten lost in email heaven because I checked thru all old emails and never saw this message. felt like the service from amazon could have been better. kept checking on my order status and always said was in process. why? the money was refunded weeks ago.
