Comments: I am sorry to say that this is the first time in more than 12 years of purchasing on Amazon.com that I am disappointed. I have not received this book yet, although I ordered it on November 3rd - 23 days ago. Two emails to the seller have gone unanswered. I waited 2 years to order this book. It seems a shame that I won't get it anytime soon.

Comments: They did refund my money but never got my book and didn't get my money back untill it was past the estimated dilivery date. I'm sure they knew before that that they didn't have the book.
