Comments: I had bought this for a birthday gift for July, and we still have not received this book, I talked with the seller and said she was on vacation and I told her to go ahead and ship the book, My mother never received, rip off to take my money for no product.

Comments: I received a credit for this book because the company had some internal problems & was not able to send me the book. I received a very courteous note from the company & then a prompt refund for the payment they had received. I felt they were very professional.
