Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A must for people with IC
A must read for people diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis. A comprehensive explanation of the disease and other related diseases. Great explanations of foods that are safe and troublesome. Although I have not made any of the recipes yet, they do look good with easy to get ingredients.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - The best IC book I have purchased
I was diagnosed with IC 3 years ago. I joined the IC Association and buy books they suggest and other items. I could not put this book down. It answered alot of my questions. It is not just a cookbook. She has IC and has friends with IC. They experiment with products they hear could help with symptoms of IC and she puts the results in her book. Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - another bad book
bad recipes. basically the main idea is to cook things with no spice. main idea-everything is off limits. not sure why youd need recipes for that.

She includes too many items that many IC sufferers cannot tolerate. It does not appear that the author understands nearly enough about how diet affects IC and its symptoms. I am sure somebody can publish a book with better guidance, but it is not this one. I give her two stars for trying. She (or someone better informed) ... Read More
