 Rating:  - Great book for neurology clerkshipThis is the required text for my medical school's neurology clerkship. At first, I was intimidated by using a 400 page book for a four week rotation followed by the shelf but this book is concise and easy to read for a 3rd year medical student who had a half decent neuropathophysiology class during second year. Other more concise review books such as blueprints or NMS are almost as long and do not provide the depth necessary (in my opinion) to tackle one of the toughest shelf exams. There is a good ... It can be frustrating at times because it is not entirely complete (tracks are not covered well), and information is spread out in different sections of the book instead of being in one chapter. I am an ER PA and find this a useful refernce in everything from the neuro exam and it's etiology. This book has a similar format to the Current Medical Diagnosis and Treatment.
