 Rating: - Excellent WorkbookThis workbook was an easy one to use and provided easy reading and understanding. The exercises that were in the book were excellent and I really enjoyed using this book for my Interpersonal Communications class. I would highly recommend it to any teacher or person looking for a book to use in class or just to improve their interpersonal communication skills. The exercises were great and very beneficial.
